No Brake Assist: Cadillac ATS (Staten Island Ep. 9.1)

It's no fun having no brakes. Maybe that's why this sporty Caddy was in a collision in the first place?

Anyways, the body shop already replaced the brake booster to no avail...the brake pedal is hard as a rock and will barely slow the car down.

Let's see if we can make heads or tails of this mystery from the chronicles of Staten Island :)
