Subaru EJ253 2.5i AVLS SOHC valvetrain rocker arm assembly removal and install

Got these V25 heads from a junkyard Subaru so I can rebuild them and install them on my Outback, along with a new engine block. The info I found online about properly removing and reinstalling the AVLS valvetrain seemed a little sketchy to me. When I figured out how to do it according to the FSM it made things MUCH easier and safer. I wanted to share it so if others run into the same thing they have something better to go off of.
