Wim Hof Breathing Technique (Fast Speed - No Talking)

This is a follow up to the Wim Hof Breathing Technique video in slow speed (no talking)

INSTRUCTIONS:::
Make sure you relax, lie down on your back, get comfortable before you do these exercises. You're gunna hear beep sounds before, during and after each level to signal the next part... Each level has 30 fullee in breaths - let go on all exhalations (not FULLEE out... just let around 75% of the air out of your lungs). Then on the 30th breath, let go and hold your breath for as long as you comfortablee can. DO NOT FORCE ANYTHING. Listen to your body with this. You're guna feel light headed, tingling and dizziness on these, and that's ok. Feel the charge and buzz. When you're ready to breathe again, take a fullee in breath and hold. Exert pressure into the head for 10 - 15 seconds. then relax... take a break before going onto the next level.

LEVELS:::
1 - 0:06 - 1.30 Retention
2 - 3:15 - 2.00 Retention
3 - 6:50 - 3.00 Retention

As I say... don't worry about the numbers... just do what feels best to you... go at your own pace... and just FEEL AMAZING!!!
