Storm surge breaks up an asphault road, waves and surge push under homes along the coast causing damage to stairs, fences and powerlines. Waves splash over seawall onto highway, shots of flooding from the combination of surge and freshwater flooding. Beach erosion at least 6' cuts into dunes. Signs of surfside beach with the park destroyed.
