30mm Lectron High Velocity Scooter Carburetor Install & Tuning & Breaking Stuff : TPR 86cc : Part 50

In this video I'll be installing a 30mm High Velocity Lectron carburetor and a larger intake to accommodate it, as well as a new air filter. The entire process is shown in detail with every step of the tuning that I've tried included. Near the end of the video, the scooter starts to have trouble.

Some of the setup process and tuning is not how it should go, but I'm showing you my experience with the process that I used as someone that is not accustomed to flat slide, power jet or metering rod carburetors. Be sure to watch this video all the way through and stay tuned for the next one.
