This video illustrates Qualcomm Research's innovative work in the field of computer vision. It shows a 3D reconstruction system that creates a high-level polygonal model of the environment running on a mobile device equipped with a depth camera. The system directly estimates polygons from raw depth data to model larger surfaces. More complex objects are detected and reconstructed with a detailed 3D mesh.
