2005 Triumph Thruxton - Triton Tribute Motorcycle [visit 3 of 31]

It was great to have another visitor at TheMightyGarage.com cul-de-sac today!

Aaron rode over on his awesome 2005 Triumph Thruxton “Triton Tribute" motorcycle for a quick visit.

Here are a few of the modifications to the standard Thruxton:
* Frame professionally altered to fit the Manx Norton gas tank
* Legendary seat & tail section (https://legendary-motorcycles.com)
* Removed center stand brackets
* Modified side stand lugs
* Removed instrument gauges
* Added new lithium battery into tail section
* Removed unnecessary wiring
* Fitted original 67 Norton headlight shell
* 2-into-1 Arrow exhaust system
* Drilled fork yoke / triple-tree

At around 1:53 to 2:02, Aaron references how with the stock tank the seat pan was about 3” longer.
The photo included was from last summer with the seat pan being used on the bike with the stock tank. It was already cut 3” from the back of the frame.
