In S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly, players must navigate the harsh terrain of the Zone, battling dangerous creatures and scavenging for resources to survive. The mod includes a variety of new features and mechanics, including a dynamic weather system, a day-night cycle, and realistic weapon ballistics. Players must manage their inventory carefully, balancing the need for weapons and ammunition with the need for food, water, and medical supplies.

Anomaly also includes a wide range of customization options, allowing players to tailor their experience to their liking. The Custom build is based on the Expedition graphics add-on with original modifications including: Weather, Reshade and Shaders.
