Can You Flow? | Santa Cruz Demo Forest

Santa Cruz Flow Trail in Soquel Demonstration State Forest is a world renowned, bucket list, MTB trail. Today we are going to work on improving Mountain Bike cornering skills as we ride the longest flow trail in Northern California (NORCAL). You have to check this out!

We will also ride a "hidden" climbing trail that NOT many people know about. BIG Thanks to Zappo for showing me around the area!
