CUT FORERUNNER GUARDIAN & NEW VEHICLES - Halo 3 Mods #215

Halo 3 was always in need of the return of the Guardian Sentinel, and today I've done my best to add it back in and even make it an AI spawnable in Forge. Of course, there's much more today in terms of vehicles, weapons, map improvements, and more AI.
