How to Sample Blended and Transparent Colors [Adobe Illustrator]

Here's a quick video on how you can sample blended colors and transparency colors in Adobe Illustrator.

I work with Adobe Creative Cloud on a Windows 10 PC, and added most of the used shortcuts for Windows and Mac in the tutorial.
