In this video you can see how I make prepreg moulds to make prepreg parts out of those moulds. In the previous tutorial I've made an Aluminium Epoxy mould that can stand very high temperatures so that It would be suitable to make prepreg parts at elevated temperatures. Why did I use prepreg to make moulds?! 1. A great way of improving my skills with prepreg 2. the mould will be suitable to use at very high temperatures for the prepreg parts coming out of the prepreg moulds (+160°C) 3. tolerances are great on shrink and stress with prepreg 4. I would be able to use fiberglass prepreg but havent found a good supplier till now. 5. The easypreg gives perfect finish for out of autoclave moulding and parts.
