HOW WILL THIS WORK ??

We have been shipping for over 5 yrs now through USPS but just 2 yrs ago FACEBOOK started offering its services as a 3rd party for us to post and sell directly through FACEBOOK'S MARKETPLCE to give cUstomers a peace of mind when buying through them.

HOW DO I KNOW I WILL RECIEVE THE ITEM ?

FACEBOOK hold's the money until YOU the customer has recieved the item then YOU the customer has 48 hrs to report any complaints about the item if no complaints are recieved in 48 hrs after item has been delivered then and only then will payment be released to the seller. In other words if YOU don't recieve the item WE don't get paid and Facebook will refund the money automatically.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ???

3 STEPS..

STEP 1: If you are watching LIVE comment on the chat or the comment section (1ST COME 1ST SERVE) so time stamps will be used to determine who gets the purchase if there are multiple comments on a item..

STEP 2: A post will be made in FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE with the specific TOOL you requested and the link to the post will be sent to the customer.. link to purchase can be sent securely through the comment section because if another buyer comes in trying to snipe an item we will decline the offer and only accept payment from the specific person/customer who got the sale.

STEP 3: BUYER HAS 1 HR TO PURCHASE ITEM ON FB MARKETPLACE AFTER LINK FOR PURCHASE HAS BEEN SENT IF NO PAYMENT IS RECIEVED WITHIN THAT HR ITEM WILL NO LONGER BE IN HOLD & WILL BE OPENLY LISTED IN FB MARKETPLACE..
(Tracking number will be provided automatically by FB after purchase is completed)

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ITEM ?

FACEBOOK uses both USPS & UPS to ship & both take 1-3 business days for the most part on items 1-25 lbs but can take 7-10 business days on rare occasions if the item is over 30 lbs

CAN I ORDER WITHOUT USING FB MARKETPLACE ?

YES we do ship outside of FB but we recommend using FB as it protects both seller and buyer & its shipping quotes are cheaper than us.. EX: FB $12.99 compared to $18.99.. but ask for quote if interested in ordering outside of FB..
