7 Backpacker Mistakes We Made in Jasper National Park

First time backpacker camping and hiking epic mistakes we made. We never camped in our lives and decided to try it for the first time in Jasper National Park in Alberta, Canada. We took the Astoria route via Switchback in Tonquin Valley, and while we spent 3 days on the trail, we've realized we were a lot less prepared than we thought! Starting with planning your route all the way to finding the right gear for hiking trip, while keeping in mind the weather and wildlife is no easy endevaour!
