9-1-1 System Fails--Death leads to new law enforcement policies

A woman dies waiting for firefighters to get inside her home. The woman cannot unlock her door, and emergency crew weren't able to barge in because of small details in a decades-old policy. We catch up with the victim's husband months later, and find out emergency crews have a new policy in place and it's already being used to save lives.
