Sedona Arizona. Enjoy a slow relaxing walk through the through the Art and Shopping center called Tlaquepaque right after sunset, during civil twilight. I waited for all the evening lights to be turned before I started filming. This light quality plus tungsten light provided a stunning ambience, I believe.
