Hello everybody,

Here is what a 374 sq ft for $1405 (including utilities) per month gets you in Seattle - Capitol Hill. I was fortunate enough to sublease the studio for 4 months and ended up moving again shortly after. lol

FYI: Most of my furniture in the apartment are free and second handed.
