Home of the Great Wall - Protecting the Great Wall is everyone's responsibility

The project emphasises collaboration with Chinese philanthropic organisations and leading media, with the China Academy of Environmental Sciences and the China National Tourism Administration as consultants, to conduct preliminary research into the conservation of cultural buildings and environmental pollution on the Great Wall.

We contacted the Great Wall of China scenic spot to obtain valid information on the current state of environmental and architectural damage to the Great Wall, with the aim of understanding and progressively addressing the issues of environmental pollution and conservation of the Great Wall site. After discussion, we decided to develop and establish a 'Great Wall Home' website as a means of effectively mitigating most of the current problems of the Great Wall.
