🇱🇻 Ralfs Eilands - Apa (🥈REPRISE @ Golden Stag 2019)

Ralfs Eilands from Latvia won second prize at the Golden Stag Festival 2019. As there is a grand prize besides 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, the winner of the second prize is effectively the second runner-up in the show.

As part of the Romanian language challenge, Ralfs performed "Apa" (Water), a song released by Loredana and Cabron in 2012.

After being announced as the second prize recipient, Ralfs reprised "Apa".
