Book Launch: After Europe
Please join us on Tuesday, October 3 for a candid conversation with Ivan Krastev, Chairman of the Centre for Liberal Strategies in Sofia and frequent contributing political writer for the International New York Times, upon the the occasion of the launch of his new book, After Europe. Krastev will reflect on the future of the European Union as 28 European countries address the rise of nationalist and populist parties, the departure of the UK from the EU, the long-term implications of an ongoing migration crisis, the rise of illiberalism, and the security implications of a revisionist Russia. What holds for Europe's geopolitical future and what are its implications for American security and economic prosperity?
