Although written instructions are cool, there's nothing better than being able to actually SEE how to do something step by step. People move and credit cards expire and when those things happen, it can cause a bit of a hiccup in the system. If our software doesn't know that you relocated to a different place for instance, these cool BURST products may end up sitting by themselves on the front porch or your previous home. What a sad sight that would be! In a dream world, we could all change our mailing addresses in one central location and it would automatically update for every other company that we do business with.
