9 min WAIST & OBLIQUES exercises SPECIAL WORKOUT
Hi guys! Today we will focus on a very important part of the body - waist and obliques. Let's leave the abs alone and take care of what's next to it, waist and oblique waist. A short 9-minute workout will help us gain beauty, strength and endurance in the waist, teach oblique muscles to work and, as always, energize you for the whole day. Some obliques can get pain after this workout, which means that the workout must be repeated regularly along with others, for example, a couple of times a week. Once it becomes easy for you, you can switch to a weekly basis.
