Today, I'm sharing another DIY paint tutorial for a fabulous thrift store makeover! You can use this painting technique to recreate items you find at second hand shops or use it on your old, dated home décor pieces. You don't have to go shopping for new items when you can repurpose, restyle, refinish and reuse what you already have. Save money and still have a gorgeous, high end looking interior design style!

I used Debi's Design Diary DIY clay based chalk paint in the colors
Bohemian Blue, Fancy Farmgirl, Farm Fresh, Queen Bee and Weathered Wood. I used HGTV SW Flat Paint in the color Cold River. The glaze is by Rustoleum in the color Java Brown. You can use many other products to create a similar look on a budget. Check out the chalk paint samples at WalMart by Waverly.
