Over the 27 years, I’ve been a nurse, I’ve experienced and witnessed bullying and incivility in pretty much every role I’ve held. I got to the point where I was no longer willing to accept it as the norm, “Well, that’s just the way it is in nursing.” Therefore, I’ve spent the last 10 years DOING something about it!

Over those years, I’ve learned a few things about what makes bullies tick.
