For the Vinaigrette
►2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
►½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
►1 teaspoon honey
►1 teaspoon minced shallot
►¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
►Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

For the Salad
►1 small head radicchio washed, dried and torn into bite sized pieces
►1 small head butter lettuce washed, dried and torn into bite sized pieces
►1 ripe pear halved, core removed and thinly sliced
►2 ounces crumbled gorgonzola cheese
►2 ounces coarsely chopped pecans
