Everyone Has a Match: Caregiving with Marilyn Ruiz
Marilyn Ruiz, caregiver and HR coordinator for First Choice In-Home Care, shares her perspectives on being a caregiver. “You get to listen to their stories,” she says, “It’s a really nice feeling to have to be matched with that client” who you can serve. She shares that caregivers work to keep people in their homes, how being a caregiver is more than just a job: “We all need someone to care for us.” Ruiz works to make sure caregivers and clients are successful matches.
