Hey all! Welcome to my NYC Apartment Tour video in Brooklyn! My apartment is super affordable and I feel lucky to have it!

YES! This is a 2 bedroom brownstone in Bedstuy right on the cusp of Bushwick. Some Railroad style apartments have awkward layouts like mine. I feel my type of Railroad apartment is good for couples and single people. There are other units in my building that look nothing like mine, so this was perfect for me and only me! I feel truly blessed and wanted to share my 11 month journey in this apartment with you all! To me, this is a super affordable apartment for NYC and I have REALLY enjoyed living alone.
