Heathrow, London I am a pax in NZ1 lining up to take off for LAX, 27 October 2019. Six weeks after this footage was taken, the glory days of air travel came to a screeching halt with the onset of the Coronavirus pandemic. This would also be my last flight on NZ1, soon after this flight Air NZ announced the discontinuation of their London based crew, the service would end in October 2020.
