Components:
MOSFET: STD12NF06L-T4
Capacitor: 16V 47uF Tantalum SMD (+/-10%)
Resistor: 120K ohm 1/4 Watt
Schottky diode: BAT 43 (500mA 30V)
JST Pigtail (silicone wire)

Motor: Brushed 12mm GWS CN12-RXC or N60 (6-7.2V 25500RPM version)
Propeller: GWS Style 3x2 (reamed for a 1.5mm shaft)
Battery: 2S 180mAh Lipo
