Hyperreflexia, Clonus, Positive Hoffman's Sign- Central Cervical Spine Stenosis

This is a 60y/o man with upper and lower extremity paresthesias. He is progressively losing balance and developing weakness in the left UE. He has a positive Hoffman's sign, hyperreflexia, and clonus secondary to a severe central cervical spine stenosis.
