Italy's new government has singled out the Roma people as a problem community, with Interior Minister Matteo Salvini suggesting a 'cenus' of Roma camps and a crackdown on illegal residents. But do his plans actually tackle crime and social problems or are they acts of discrimination against the Roma? We sent Sandra Gathmann to Rome to find out.
