garlic & ginger Chopped 1 tbsp
salt 1/4 tsp
red Chilli powder 1/2 Cup
dry Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
red Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
Tandoori masala 1/2 tsp
lemon juice

Salad :
Capsicum julienne 1 cup
onion slices 1 cup
Tomato julienne 1/2 cup
corn kernels boiled 1 Cup
black olives

Shawarma Sauce:

Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup
white Sesame Seeds(til) 2 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
vinegar 1 tbsp
garlic cloves 5-6
salt 1/8 tsp
black pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
oregano 1/8 tsp
olive oil 1-2 tbsp

Chilli garlic sauce
mozzarella cheese grated
oregano as required
red chilli flakes
