A Week In My Life in NYC | Disney Store, St. Patrick's Day, Brooklyn!

Welcome to a week in my life living in NYC! This week, I shopped at the Disney Store in Times Square (again lol), finished the Orangetheory 8 Week Transformation Challenge, watched The Bachelor finale, made some sub-par Irish coffees on St. Patrick's Day, and took in the view at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge! Irish Coffee Recipe (via TimeOut)

Ingredients:
.5 oz. simple syrup or 1 sugar cube
1.5 oz. Irish whiskey
1.5-2 oz. dark roast coffee
Irish cream

Instructions:
Pre-warm glass with hot water
Add simple syrup or sugar cube, Irish whiskey and coffee
Top with chilled Irish cream
Serve
