National Jockey Day 2014 – We Are Jockeys

On 22nd November Betfair is launching National Jockey Day at Haydock Park Racecourse.

National Jockey Day aims to support the incredible talent and endeavour of jockeys, as well as raising money for one of the industry’s most important support networks – The Injured Jockeys Fund.

The campaign is backed by renowned horse trainer Paul Nicholls, ex hunt jockey Mick Fitzgerald and official partners Haydock Park and The Injured Jockeys Fund.

Race fans can support the day by using #NationalJockeyDay on social media – Betfair will donate £1 (Up to £10,000) to the Injured Jockeys Fund for every use of the official hashtag. Fans can also donate £5 by texting ‘IFJ’ to 70800 on/or ahead of the day
