The World Ends With You - Reaper Beat No Damage (Ultimate difficulty w/restrictions) [DS]

You need to keep him in sight otherwise he'll dash at you with glorious speed. On the top screen you can punish every whiff except a switch between shadow and real Beat. On the bottom screen you could juggle him for ever but I wanted a slightly harder challenge. Also if you have trouble equip a dash pin, it completely shuts him down. Combo Vulcan uppercut or velocity attack/crash into something quick and positive (you cant use negative psychs midair) like vortex saber, grave marker, Lance lounge or shockwave, unless it has a lot of uses because it won't be a true combo. Since this boss is doable only postgame I felt free to use late W2 pins and W3 equipment. It's not required tho. He has one move that is absurdly fast but since it's short ranged as long as you dont stick to him you're good
