[Simple Forex Tester] Multi-Timeframe Training

In this video, I outline how to use the multi-timeframe portion of Simple Forex Tester to be able to open more than one timeframe as you are running your tests! This is a huge update, as it will allow you to run all of your tests in a more "real world" style environment, opening up as many multiple timeframes for the current test as you wish.
