Tesla Virtual Power Plant to help California--this is huge!!

Elon Musk and Tesla have officially started their California Virtual Power Plant service to the electricity providers in the state. Due to extreme and sustained drought and high temperatures in California, Tesla energy customers who have solar panels or solar roofs, and powerwalls, can help out their local community and the state by allowing their power wall batteries to discharge into the grid during electricity events that require more power than the grid can provide. Not only does this help PG&E and other providers avoid rolling blackouts, but it shows a huge technical flex on Tesla's part! Will consumers be compensated for this? Will Tesla? What does this have to do with the floods in Germany? And what does this mean for the future of Tesla and TSLA share prices?
