So I've been quarantining for the past few days, and I still have more to go. However, I was able to make a fun video out of a poem I wrote last month about the power of words.

This was filmed with my Panasonic GH5.
A 50mm 1:2 lens from Mamiya/Sekor.
Shot in 4k, 60/24p

I love poetry and film, so I think it's only natural to combine the two!

Words, words;
the power they have
can alter someone's heart.

One misplaced
or one unsaid
can tear a world apart.

Even in jest,
their seriousness
can take the biggest toll.

What's meant to make
a loved one laugh
leaves bruises on their soul.

So watch your words
as you write them down
or birth them with your voice.

To read or hear
may strike the ear
with a deeply different noise.
