Fingers are numbered starting with your index finger as 1. Finger placement is subjective. What's used here is the standard, but depending on your grip and the size of your hand, there may be better options.

Strum pattern is a little tricky, which is why I didn't include it. Strumming once on each beat is a good approximation, but the actual pattern is more like
v - - - - v - - v - ^ | v - - - - - v - ^ v - ^ | v - - - - - v - - - - ^ | v - ^ v - - v - - v - ^|
If you prefer a more traditional tab for the bit at the end it's this:
