The ZONESUN automatic sachet packaging machine is designed for forming, filling, and sealing small single-use sachets for products such as ketchup, salad dressing, soy sauce, honey, and jam. Featuring a three-stage roller system for film pulling and sealing, it achieves speeds of up to 120 sachets per minute while supporting filling ranges of 3–30 g or 30–70 g with a servo-driven piston pump for high accuracy. An optional liquid dosing system enables the machine to handle both liquid and paste products, while it remains compatible with both three-side and four-side sealing formats without changing components, requiring only adjustment of the sealing rollers. The machine is equipped with a 50L hopper, customizable with heating and stirring functions, and supports optional date coding and easy-tear notch devices. All product-contact parts are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring hygienic and reliable operation, and the machine is suitable for various heat-sealable films such as PET/PE laminates and aluminum foil composite films.
