Helios Airways Flight 522 – One of the most haunting incidents in aviation history.

On August 14, 2005, the flight took off from Cyprus, heading to Athens.
But soon after takeoff, the cabin lost pressure.
The crew became unresponsive, and the aircraft flew on autopilot for nearly two hours.
Eventually, it ran out of fuel and crashed near Grammatiko, Greece.
All 121 people onboard were killed.

The investigation found that the pressurization switch was left in the wrong setting, causing everyone onboard to suffer hypoxia — a lack of oxygen.
