36.7km/h on One Wheel (DIY OneWheel)
Firmware version 1.15 is now available.
This is the first clip recorded by the camera mounted to my DIY OneWheel. 12s2p Battery Pack, 48v 800w Hub Motor, VESC controlled by an Arduino Nano running my own designed firmware. You will notice that I make a stop from time to time and that is me tuning the board live using the foot triggers and the display.
This trip took place on the Waterford Heritage Trail, Ontario, Canada at a total round trip of 9.12 km, an average speed of 8.8 km/h and a top speed of 36.7 km/h. This board moves.
After this session I slowed down and just enjoyed the ride. This is my second day on the board and my leg muscles are still adjusting so I was a bit soar.
