Thru-hiking the Cowal Way 2018 - Portavadie to Strachur

This is the first episode of my time hiking the Cowal Way. This one focuses on day 1, 2 and morning of day 3, starting in Portavadie and ending in Strachur.

Follow me as I experience my first night of solo wild camping and face some of my fears.

It was my first time in the Cowal Peninsula, also known as Scotland's Secret Coast. The Cowal Way is often referred as Scotland in 57 miles and I now understand why!
