Sir Keir Starmer gives speech on plans to tackle illegal migration

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer pledges to replace the Rwanda policy permanently.

He says Labour will target the gangs "upstream" - with a manifesto pledge to set up a "Border Security Command".

Addressing people smugglers, Sir Keir says: "These shores will become hostile territory for you".
