How I met my Filipina wife..

People are asking me, where we met. First thing will cross their mind that we met in middle east, places like Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates like Dubai or Saudi Arabia, and she was OFW, and I understand the reason behind this, but the truth is, I met her in her country, the Philippines. As I was sent to the Philippines 🇵🇭 5 years ago as an expat to work in Carmona cavite, and couple of month later she joined the company and this is where everything started.

our story is about having faith and trust God plans, and a lot of patience.

It was not easy, as we both struggled, but Cant complain cause eventually we got married, praises be to Lord.

I will make another video about the reason why she converted to Islam because this is way different story. Maybe she can talk about it herself; because no matter how much I talk about, she has the privilege to talk about her side of the story. I can only talk about my side.

By the end of 2012 I was sent to the Philippines as an expat. I was sent to the Philippines with others to support our team in Carmona Cavite Philippines.

This was a huge step for my career, and my life in general. I was exposed to new culture way different than the one I have known.

I am just like most of the Egyptians, you get age 30 with a secured job, you marry an Egyptian or an Arab in general, never crossed my mind to get marry with any other nationality. You just follow what your parents did; because that’s what you know, right!

I am proud of her, and I really hope that one day I will have her children, amen to that.

You see. I love the Philippines, and I appreciate all the experiences I had, and I know there is so many to come.

It has been 5 years for me in the country, so I guess it is fair spending 2 years for the right person, and here I am - Bam – 3 years marriage.

I love the culture here, however, if only people stick to the old traditions. Globalization sucks anywhere. It is okay to keep a little bit of both, old fashion and trending fashion.
