45 MIN PILATES WORKOUT || Intermediate, AT-HOME PILATES

This Pilates class will work you from head-to-toe. More specifically, we're focusing on exercises that work the muscles that run all the way down the back of your body, including your spinal muscles and leg muscles, plus we're also working the deep abdominal core system that runs down the from of your body for a full body balanced workout.

You should feel taller, like you're standing more upright at the end of class.

This class in more suited to an intermediate mover although both beginner and advanced would benefit.
