This was intended to be a shakedown trip on our scooters for the 2023 Scooter Cannonball Run, but my plans were derailed before I left home. My patch job on the PCX150's blown rear tire didn't hold, so I had to change gears quickly and get out on the road on a backup bike. Neil planned out this 8-day tour through the central US along some amazing motorcycle roads, so I definitely wasn't going to miss it!

We met with 4 of my channel subscribers along the route on Days 1 and 2, and two of those were completely by surprise! We stopped at the Pharr Mounds near Tupelo, MS to grab a quick moto-picnic lunch. We were nearly finished eating when a couple on a Can-Am Spyder pulled up and asked if they could share an adjacent table to us.

The husband walked around Neil's scooter and trailer, then walked up to me while saying, "That looks like something that this guy on YouTube, QuasiMotard, would do!" At first, I thought he was messing with me... but he really didn't know that he was talking to QM in person! That was a surprise for both of us! 🤣👍
