🍔SPICY SALMON RICE BURGER: Make buns from sushi rice and vinegar and then soak in tempura powder. Fry for 2 minutes on each side then add sushi sauce. For the middle layer, mix together chopped salmon, crab meat, asparagus and spicy mayo. For the upper layer, add sliced avocado, torched salmon, fried tempura powder, rice cracker sprinkle, chilly powder (ichimi) and chopped scallion.
