#1 - Have Feedback Mechanisms in Place - write down what you're eating to better SEE what is working or not working in your diet.

John also measures his weight and waist daily. It helps keep him in line. Hey, if you're looking for change, this stuff works!

#2 - Food Preparation - prepare your food ahead of time. Have dinner ready to go so when you get home you can heat it up quickly. Always be ready to eat something GOOD for you! No more crappy snacks and wasteful calories.

#3 - Exercises Consistently - have a training or workout log. Track your progress over a 4,6 or 8 week period. This way you can increase weights, sets, reps or time and continue to make progress with your physique.
