SNS KAMADO | ROTISSERIE | ROAST PORK | KICKASH BASKET DIVIDER | THANKSGIVING DINNER

This is a video of our family 2019 Thanksgiving Day Dinner. The meat selections were turkey cooked in the oven, and a 9.45 lb pork roast cooked on the SNS KAMADO, using the Kickash Basket and Divider, and featuring the SNS GRILLS ROTISSERIE. The avg. pit temp was around 270 F for 3.5 hours. Internal was around 158 F.

KICKASH BASKET

Broccoli Casserole

16 oz. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 Cup mayo, not salad dressing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 1/2 Cups sharp cheddar cheeze, grated
Salt & Pepper to taste
Ritz Crackers

Mix all ingredients except crackers, with prepared broccoli. Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish. Crumble Ritz crackers to cover top completely. Bake at 350 F for 30 to 35 minutes.
